REGULAMENTO:

1. Enviar a fotografia para o e-mail que te irei facultar após a tua compra no website. Fica atentx à tua caixa de e-mail e de spam!

1.1. A linguagem gráfica é aquela que está nos exemplos.

1.2. No caso de escolheres a duas cores , especifica as cores que pretendes no e-mail. Estas devem ser baseadas nos meus trabalhos já existentes(envia exemplos de desenhos e especifica se queres acrescentar elementos gráficos extra.).

1.2.1. As cores que escolheres podem incluir o fundo. ( Ex.: Fundo rosa e desenho a azul OU desenho a preto e elementos pintados a rosa (neste caso o fundo é branco e não conta como cor)).

2. Não há limites para a imaginação. Pode ser um auto-retrato, uma fotografia tirada por outra pessoa, um ato sexual explícito ou algo subtil, sozinhx ou em casal, etc. Pode até nem ser erótico de todo. A escolha é tua.

3. A fotografia não será guardada em nenhum dispositivo. Apenas ficará no e-mail que me enviares, ao qual apenas eu, a artista, tenho acesso.

3.1. Não deterei os direitos da fotografia e do produto final, o que significa que não irei partilhar o teu desenho publicamente, a não ser que o peças e que autorizes explicitamente e por escrito, através de um e-mail, a utilização da imagem, anonimamente ou com a tua identificação.

4. Ao comprares este produto e enviares a tua fotografia, estás a concordar que estás a participar neste projecto voluntariamente.

5. Depois de terminar, envio-te por correio registado! Costuma demorar cerca de 1-3 dias a chegar a moradas em Portugal Continental. Para encomendas fora do país, as estimativas são inconstantes e dependem do país.

5.1. Os portes estarão incluídos apenas para encomendas para Portugal.

5.2. A encomenda será enviada entre 3 a 5 dias após a tua compra.

5.3. O desenho não será enviado emoldurado. Esse exemplo é meramente ilustrativo. Se pretenderes receber o teu trabalho emoldurado, escreve no e-mail e combinamos um valor a ser cobrado à parte.

6. Um desenho íntimo é como umas cuecas! Não pode ser devolvido. Ao adquirires este produto, estás a confiar no meu trabalho e no meu estilo de ilustração.

POLICY & PROCEDURES:

1. You can send it to the e-mail address that will be provided after your purchase on the website . Pay attention to your inbox and spam!

1.1. The graphic language is the one that is presented on the examples.

1.2. If you choose the 2 color option , please specify in that e-mail which colors you would like me to use. That choice has to be based on my pre-existing artwork(send me examples and specify if there's any graphic element you'd like me to add.).

1.2.1. The colors you choose may be used as a background. (Ex.: pink background with blue lining OR black lining with pink elements (in this case, the background will be white and won't count as a color)).

2. There's no limit to your imagination. It can be a self-portrait, a portrait taken by someone else, it can be explicit or very subtle, alone or in a couple, etc. It doesn't even need to be erotic at all. It's your choice.

3. The photo won't be saved on any devices. It will remain on the e-mail you send to me and I'm the only person who has access to it.

3.1. By receiving your photo and making an artwork of it, I will not own the rights to the finishing product, which means I will not show the artwork publicly unless you explicitly authorize me through a written e-mail that I'm allowed to share the artwork I made for you and if you want to be anonymous or identified.

4. By buying this product and sending me the e-mail with your photo, you are agreeing you are willingly participating in the project.

5. In the end, I'll mail them to you through registered mail. It usually takes 1-3 days to get to your address if you live in Portugal. For international orders, the estimated time may vary depending on the country.

5.1. Shipping is only included for orders to Portugal.

5.2. Your order will be sent 3-5 days after your purchase.

5.3. The project will not be sent in a frame. If you prefer to receive your work already in a frame, please specify that in the e-mail and we'll arrange an extra payment for that.

6. An intimate drawing is like a pair of panties! It can't be returned. By buying this product, you're trusting my work and illustration style.

POSCA e outras canetas/materiais riscadores e/ou tinta acrílica à base de água resistentes à água e ao desvanecimento da cor

POSCA& other waterproof and fade proof pigment ink pens and/or acrylic paints

Canson Imagine 220g(Papel bege/ beige paper) ou outro papel que se adeque às cores que escolheres/ or other paper it fits best, depending on the colors you chose
